Tour Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you have read and understand our Terms & Conditions before booking with us. Any booking made will constitute your agreement with Biker Spirit's Terms & Conditions.
Deposit, Full Payment & Surcharges- a completed booking form and £100 deposit per person or Full Payment will secure a place on our motorcycle tour
- once a deposit / payment has been received we will confirm your booking, showing the date your balance becomes due, which will be required no later than 90 days prior to departure
- bookings for tours less than 90 days away will require Full Payment at the time of booking
- a reminder will be sent for final payment, however, you are responsible for meeting the payment deadline and late payment may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your tour
- we pride ourselves on providing a fair service for a fair price, however, circumstances beyond our control may mean an increase in cost of your tour - this will only occur if the increase is above 2% of the original tour price and we will notify you as soon as we can
- we are not responsible for any delays to your journey before you join us at our tour departure point
- delays sometimes happen on our tours and we will endeavour to be on our way as soon as realistically possible
- in the event of insufficient demand for a tour (or any other reason) we reserve the right to cancel, offering you an alternative tour or a full refund
- we will not be liable to offer a refund / compensation in the event of any cancellations due to war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disaster, industrial disputes and / or weather
- if you cancel your tour you must notify us in writing and the following terms apply:
- we strongly recommend you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance
- if you have to cancel you may transfer your booking to another person – an administration fee of £50 will apply and your nominee will need to pay in full at the point of transfer
- 85 days before departure – a full refund less £30 per person
- 60 to 84 days before departure – 75% refund less £30 per person
- 30 to 59 days before departure – 50% refund less £30 per person
- Less than 30 days before departure – no refund
Your responsibilities…
- you need to be a competent rider with a road legal, mechanically sound motorcycle
- you must ensure that tyres, brake pads, fluids etc are checked and have enough wear / fluid to complete the tour and any onward journey you need to make
- you are expected to ride in a safe and courteous manner at all times, showing respect to other road users and other members of the tour
- you are responsible for having and advised to bring with you a valid Driving Licence, Certificate of Insurance and V5 Ownership Document
- you are advised to have breakdown cover and be able to get yourself / your pillion / your bike home in the event of breakdown, accident or emergency
- you are advised to have Personal Travel Insurance for yourself and pillion, including medical and cancellation cover
- if you are a non-UK / EU resident, we advise you to have the correct documents to obtain medical care within the UK (see your local government web site)
- you must advise us of any illness, infirmity, allergies or dietary needs that may affect your time with us on the tourat the time of booking
- participation on our tour is entirely at your own risk
- we are NOT responsible or liable for any injuries you may suffer, fatal or otherwise
- we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage to your property, including your motorcycle, irrespective of how any damage may have been caused
- we are NOT responsible for any speeding, parking or other fines you incur
- we take our responsibilities seriously and will do our utmost to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable holiday but will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, thefts or mishaps
- we will deliver as near as possible the tour package as described but will not be liable for third party services and / or actions, local conditions, maintenance, weather and other deficiencies outside of our control
- we’ll do our best to deliver what we describe, but changes do happen and we reserve the right to modify the tour as needed, including (but not limited to) tour prices, itineraries, accommodation, routes, attractions, meals, etc
- in the event of a breakdown, accident or emergency we will do what we can to help you rejoin the tour / receive medical attention / get you home but the responsibility lies solely with you
If you are unhappy about or dissatisfied with any aspect of the tour or service we have delivered we want to hear about it…
- in the first instance approach the tour guide who will do their best to satisfy your need
- if you still consider that your dissatisfaction has not been properly addressed, please put your comments in writing and send to:
